I was having a similar problem a few months ago with my Magura's Julies (which I don't recommend) and was able to solve it by bleeding the brake lines and calipers. You may just have lost some fluid in the system and be squeezing on some air. You might also need to adjust the reach as suggested by another post, but bleeding couldn't hurt IMHO. Good luck.
