Bikes: Electra Townie, Turf Trike, generic

Thanks for posting that but it looks way beyond my level of ability!! Does anyone know someone in the Toronto area who can do this professionally? I have a 700c Bionx 350PL motor to switch to a cycle cart wheel 24" x 4 1/4 (from a Turf Trike)
