As for a tip/trick which you requested: I found that the 'fold back' of the chin strap loosened over the course of a ride. This is the 'remainder' of the strap that is pulled back and tucked under the padding. To solve this, I took a micro-ziptie and tightened it down, then covered it with the padding. So far, perfect.

That's the only issue I've found, yet.
