I've been using the Onguard for about a year now with no problems other than the aforemantioned losseness between the U and the lock. As far as the Bic pen trick, any kryptonite lock made within the last 18 months cannot be broken into like that so don't worry. If your kryptonite lock is older than 18 months, send it to them and and they'll replace it for free.
