Ok, so now that I've gotten some good responses... I have looked at kid's department clothes but generally don't like their styles as much. I get most of my clothes from the "young men's" department of Macy's, or surf & skate type shops like PacSun.

I recently nabbed some XS t-shirts at Express that were on sale, and my favorite shorts are a few pairs of "Fox" cargo-style shorts, size 28. I recently found some new "Matrix" shorts at Macy's that I like. I actually like Macy's a lot, as long as I stick to certain brands. CK, DKNY, INC, and Material London tend to be more slender/fitted. Claiborne, Alfani, etc. tend to be huge.

When I shop at Macy's I almost always buy off the discount racks; 50% off of 50% off type stuff, where a nice shirt usually end up costing $10-$15. I've had a harder time getting shorts at discount, and usually end up paying $50 or so, but don't need very many and don't buy them often. My favorite pair of pants are Ben Sherman, in size 28, with a built-in belt thingie to cinch them up. When I had to get a suit, I managed to one from Men's Wearhouse tailored to be acceptable.

As for bike clothes, small race-cut jerseys and medium bibs from Voler fit me well. Small bibs feel like they fit better but the legs wear out faster. And I got a small skinsuit.
