True. Walking is definitely great stuff.
The funny thing, out here in Los Angeles area, people don't seem to like to walk.

I had to drop off my car for its tune up (yeah, I still need to maintain the car, folks), and I had asked the service guy where the nearest bathroom was, and he mentioned some dealership (they were doing construction there)...I wasn't paying attention, coz I figured, hey, it must be far if he's giving me a ride. Well, it was just up the street about a 1/4 mile, and after he dropped me off, I told him, "I can just walk back. I have an hour to kill anyway." He was just so surprised that I would wanted to walk. He kept asking me if I was sure, and I said, "Yeah, I know how to get back."

Anyway, I took a walk for a few miles, and it was ready when I got back to the service area. It was a nice day out and I got some exercise out of it.
