Without being snarky, I've successfully used a large pin-punch to pop out the cup from the other side. I have a poor-man's cup press for headsets and ashtabula bottom brackets that consists of a piece of threaded rod, a couple of nuts and some big fence washers that works pretty darn well for installing cups. I doubt that you'll need facing tools, since the BB shell was faced as much as it needs when the original cups were installed. After all, we're talking about a 1-piece crank, and those were made to be worked on in back yards- they're not that sensitive or precise.
