My front derailluer will not change gears to the smaller cog.
I have spent a large portion of my day fixing my drivetrain and have had quite an improvement.

I kno there are alot of videos on youtube but I am not sure which path to take in this situation.
Do I loosen cable tension, raise derailleur(though I think it is about 3-4 mm from teeth), screw in or out little screws to close or spread distance of derailluer from bike...........

help.
