Back in Dec. there were some brief discussion about these bars but I didn't see any write-ups. Just coming back around to see what the consensus was. Did anyone install and try them out for long-distance or touring trips?

I just picked up a pair for reeeel cheeeep and will install and come back with my thoughts. Given the price, I was willing to get them and try out even if I end up not using them. Just curious if anyone has anything to say about them (good or bad).
