I just got some entry level shimano moutain spd shoes. The cleats are recessed, but the plastic/rubber sole is very slippery. I bought these to use as my everyday shoes (due to half my day usually spent on the bike), and want to know if theres some kind of spray or something to put on the sole to help with traction. There must be something, mabey pickup truck bed spray on liner, or an actual purpose made product. Ill search the web, but Im sure some of you have experimented with something or other.
