I put 7000 miles (~11,000 km) on a set of 700 x 25 All Condition Armadillos without a single flat. The front tire is now the rear on my wife's bike and the rear has been retired to trainer use (if I ever remount it) since it's so squared off. I put 10,000 miles (16,000 km) on a set of 26 x 1.5 Nimbus Armadillos before the rubber started flaking off the rear tire without a single puncture flat. My one flat happened because I had the tube twisted when I originally installed it. Took about 7000 miles before the rubber wore through.

If you are looking for a tire with long life and great puncture resistance, I can't recommend Armadillos enough. They are definitely not the fastest tire though.
