FANTASTIC ride today!!! Went west out of Columbus, OH, slowly made our way north, eventually veered to the east, then finally back south with my two good friends. Incredible weather too! Headed out early, around 7am to beat the sun and any heat.
All in all.... 72 miles, staying between 20-24mph (except for a few cool downs, climbs, and (of course) descents)!!
My longest and fastest ride yet. Never been in so much pain, but I loved it!!!
