^ I'd agree with that. Coming to this with from a prospective of doing nature/ landscape though I'm focused on light. Particularly for landscapes.

And going back to the Op's question of pictures of bikes. Doing a poitrait of a bike, there isn't a decisive moment, it's only light and composition,and both of those are dramatically more important than camera.

In fact, I would bet anyone on here, give me Rad's studio/light setup, and a cheap film camera, and I'll make a better picture than anyone with the most expensive digital camera and noon day outside light.
