I know this is terribly imprecise, but I cannot make up my mind about the fit of my bike, so I am resorting to this before I have to pay for a pro fit session. Below is a silhouette of me on my bike. Please note that my left foot is not on the left pedal, but rather on a stool so I dont fall.
I suppose I should mention that the bike has a 52cm st and a 53cm tt measured ctc. I am 5"10 with a somewhat short 31" inseam. My legs are shorter than the common person my height. I dont race. On an 80 mile ride last week, which was my first ride longer than 20-40miles, I started to develop a slight soreness around the back of my rear shoulder and also around the back of my neck. I can't decide if I am too hunched over. Part of me thinks that it is my unfamiliarity with the road racing bike riding position and that I should train myself to get used to it, and part of me feels like the bikes just too small. I'm considering selling the bike bike for a 54 or 55cm frame, but then the standover height will be too tall. I dont have the $$$ to go custom.
Again, I know this is terribly imprecise, but can any conclusions be made judging from the image?
Thanks!
