now- to give you some advice- an effective (horizontal) 53cm c-t-c top tube is gonna be on the short side for most 5'10" folks, but the smaller frame also has a shorter head tube, meaning your bars are gonna be lower too, adding to your pain in the neck.
standover is virtually irrelevant with most frames being of the compact (sloping top tube) design.
