When I first picked up my Capo the lady at the bike shop had forgot to order my fixed gear. I rode it the first week on SS. I found myself trying to reach down and shift a gear that week. I switched to the fixed when it came in and have never went back. I removed the freewheel from the bike. It was just dead weight.
