First of all: 7 cups of water before bed? How many times do you get up during the night?

But now to the serious matter. I have heard that a good rule of thumb for a climber's weight is 2 pounds per inch, so 135 could be your ideal climber's weight. It will depend upon the size of your frame though, so it is just a benchmark.
