Bikes: KHS Flite 750

Most of my attention is aimed at keeping my heart rate within a certain range. I will glance at speed occasionally because I know how fast I typically go on certain routes. If I'm climbing 2mph faster than last month but staying in the same HR range, I can reasonably assume that my fitness is improving. I'll get a powertap... someday.
