Interesting you say that, I had originally ordered a 53cm, knowing nothing about bikes. I then changed my order last minute to a 56cm. Talked to the woman at BD over the phone and she said she was just sending the order over to the warehouse and that she got it changed to the 56cm. Maybe she didnt? The box said 56cm when it arrived. How could I measure it to be sure?
Measure along the seat tube, from the center of the bottom bracket (ie, the crank spindle bolt) to the center of the top tube. 53cm would be appropriate for someone 4 inches shorter than you. Even 56cm might be too small.
Please also post a photo of the bike with no one sitting on it.
