I recently switched to Speedplay Zeros -- it's going well, no problem clicking in or out and I've stayed vertical (knock wood) in spite of the crummy weather and roads. I thought I read once here that you can/should lube either the pedals or the clieats or both? Is this true, and if so, what do you use? I tried a little White Lightning today after my ride and it does make clicking in and out smoother. Any suggestions?
