Do you have to go in cycling clothes to get your bum impression? And also, do people on here know if there is a fee for such a service. I read on an old thread that it costs quite some money. And I would rather not measure it at home and run the risk of having someone see me measuring my *****, that would be too hard to explain lol.

Thanks.

I went and got my sit bone measured with the specialized brand measuring pad. I was told I am on the border of a 143 and a 155. Would the more aggressive riding position be one which would be fitting of a 143 in my situation? Based on the specialized measuring pad, a less aggressive and more relaxed riding position would be one which would require me to bump up to a 155 saddle. Depending on riding position I can go either size. I was also having this newly developed literal pain in the *****, and I raised the seat a bit at the shop and I was told that should do the trick. If the issue of pain and my bibs wearing out aren't solved, I think then I need to get myself a toupe.

Thanks again everyone for your help. I just wanted to have posted an update.
