I put Ergons on my Rohloff'd Surly Big Dummy. I just cut down the right grip. It does look a bit ghetto, but as MJW points out I've never seen the Rohloff version [not that I've seen another Rohloff in town either!].

Love the Ergons BTW - I've got them on all my bikes save the ones with drop bars and my friends all have them now as well. It usually only takes one ride to convince people that they are a great idea.
