I agree with the keep it simple crowd.....with one exception: Ride on the right hand side of the road with traffic, not against traffic.

I am seeing a lot of new (my guess, new bike, helmet etc, looking a little shaky on the bike) commuters and bicyclists in general, but it seems a significant number are riding on the wrong side of the road...like pedestians.
