I am currently restoring this 24 inch (wheel size) JC Higgens. Photo is the "Before" shot, except I had already started cleaning up the chrome bits.

Under the bottom bracket are these numbers:
MUU 502 46030
313981

Anyone know how old it is? Or a link to a Higgens serial number database?
