The ones where you feet are below your ass are fine...rode one myself...had no problems keeping it steady at slow speeds.

Yet nowadays - I pass guys in the new ones where you feet are freaking kissing the clouds...and damn the things are unstable....they literally wobble all over the freaking place when going slower than 15 MPH...

It has gotten to the point where I get really nervous passing them in my car on Woodside Road here in Bay Area, CA...

One time I came up on one that was wobbling so bad - +/- 3' feet of centerline that I literally cruised for a mile behind just waiting for the upcoming stop sign.....
