Having used both the Ergon's are nicer and easier to fit. The Cane Creeks are quite comfy, though the grippy pattern is a bit over the top (I believe it's lots of little embossed lizards); Problem is the silicone rubber is too soft really and really succeptable to scrapes/bumps so it looks really ragged really quickly.
