I just started training on an indoor trainer a few days ago. I love it and hate it all at the same time. I am new to the sport of road cycling this past summer and live in an area where I don't have many friends who are into it to ask questions. Not to mention the local bike shops are getting tired of me i think.
What I was wondering is, how much tread am I supposed to be losing on a good set of competition slicks on the trainer per ride? How tight should I have the resistance screwed down onto the tire?
