Want to buy:

Frame, frameset or complete bike with chrome lugs. I want to build a classy bike. Thinking Brooks, elk wrap, white leather toe straps......that kind of thing. I really want a '70's Paramount or Bottecchia but I don't really have that kind of money. Maybe an older Panasonic or something like that.
