it is owned by pacific, but they cant make all crappy bikes, GT trek and fisher are still offering high end bikes. Dont worry about pacific, because if a company was that bad would they have names like c. duncan, andrew shandro, and brian lopes. pacific is a huge company that has great companies under their name and they dont need to turn good companys into crap any more.
