Are you, by chance, doing the Tour De Gaps ride tomorrow, up in Mt Airy,NC?

...just curious, as I think I read where you (also) did the Roan Moan & BRB100 rides.


Oh, and for the record, so far as the actual thread topic goes - No, I did not ride today. I normally do 45 miles (during the week) on my trainer, but I quit for the remainder of the week following my Wednesday morning 15 miles (I do the other 30 in the evenings), to give my legs a break for the ride this weekend.

I guess if I don't see you at this ride, I'm sure we'll be doing the same (century) ride here in the near future. Are you doing B2B? I am. I expect that'll be a challenge. *chuckle*
