Looks like a nice frame, though the storage conditions look like they may have taken a toll on it. Components look to be good quality, and may clean up. Wolber rims are a good sign. Bottom line though: it's a greater-than-usual risk. I wouldn't pay more than $150 + shipping, and I'm an easy mark.
