Bikes: 2007 Fuji Professional 2.0, 2009 GTw Avalanche 2.0

Its hard for me to get my legs going enough to get up and stay in 4 and 5 unless I'm doing hills (which we don't have enough biggies nearby for me to do frequently). I'm usually btw 150-165 ... which I suppose is level 2-3?

I'm not really training on the bike for endurance, though. More just for fun... When I'm running I stick around 170-180.
