Nashbar does make a 1" threaded carbon fork (NS-CF1T), but to ditch the quill stem, you have to go threadless. I see prices up to about $400 for forks, and like cyccommute says, you also need a new threadless headset, stem and bars. The selection of good 1" stems seems to be diminishing in favor of the 1-1/8", and I expect 1" forks to fade away, too.
