The officer said the same thing about cars driving through the door zone and how its a motor vehicle accident so it should be treated just as if he opened the door on a car. Where else do I ride?...the middle of the road?! I just emailed a lawyer who is on a team here, so maybe he can help. No pics, the bike is getting an estimate done, but the frame is trashed and the wheels. And there is no gory wounds...thank god.
