do you know when your correspondence with them happened?

Yes, I researched my emails re this sitch. Sent my lock exchange requested info on 9/24/04. Received email (that UPS label and shipping instructions in order to send back an Evolution 2000 for a new flat key lock was sent to me) by a Jeff Martin of the "Kryptonite Team" also like you (?) on Sept.30, 2004. As of today, 11/15 going into 11/16; have received no label or shipping instructions or further emails though I did see the "update" in blue font from The Kryptonite Team while others sending and receiving emails seemingly around the same date as myself already have their new locks.

While I'm pleased it sounds like they are going to do what they say and then some vs. original message via email re "first come, first serve"; I am wondering if I should be personally concerned re the time frame involved re email and still no UPS label etc., or just continue to patiently wait. Are you still waiting, too?
