Is your frame raw metal? Do you know you need more than just 'paint'? Do you know what UV rays do to un-clearcoated basecoat? Raw metal requires mechanical + chemical adheasion just so you know (scuffing AND self-etching primer). But I'm going to guess you'll probably use spray paint you bought at wal-mart...in that case just keep respraying it when it fails.
