That Ultima Replenisher sports drink mix I mentioned earlier seems to be pretty good, especially given the lack of sugar. If you want something other than plain water, +1.

Thanks for the heads up on the sale. I'm north of the 49th parallel but I know of a fellow USA rider which can benefit from this (or perhaps buy me one).
