I grew up in Huntington Beach, CA; Wouldn't even a VERY custom GT have a stamped serial number?

I think Titan is my favorite answer, but anything handmade by Bob Furry would have been more expensive, unless it was dumped post-merger.

Perhaps after Bob resigned, they made some Ti bikes to try to lure pro-riders, but were unsuccessful and sold them off.

The mystery continues.

Anybody got a line on a Ti road/cross fork with a 1" steerer long enough for the 210mm head-tube? I can cut it and (re)thread it, but I can't make it longer.
Russian uses the same numbers as English, although the nines would tend to look like a lower case 'g' with the tail looped, but this true for all of Europe.
