I'm thinking late 80's. It's got the cantilevered rear drop out, which was before the CAAD series of bikes.

The pics are too small to make much out of.

The Cdale is a decent bike. If its in good shape it certainly would be worth fixing, although the ride will be a bit rough compared to modern Al bikes.

Also, Al bikes can fatigue, and eventually fail, as well as corrode. One over 20 years old, if it's been ridden hard could be at the end of its useful life. I'd check the frame carefully for cracks and corrossion beforeI put time and treasure into it. But if it's in good shape, its definitely worth fixing up.
