Your chainline with the Sugino 103mm BB will be 45mm, not 42mm. Read here.
Is 45mm a typo? http://harriscyclery.net/itemdetails.cfm?ID=2296
I run Sugino RD 170s/Sugino TH-7420 103 BB-chainring on outer side of crank. Not sure what the actual measure is, but chainline feels spot-on on an IRO Mark V frame w/ stock Pista wheelset. Always thought that would be a 42mm chainline, not 45. My cranks are older 2005s-maybe Sugino changed spec since then?
