I'll bite,

Just recently became a vegan (does that count). And I commute. So perhaps that counts. I am very interested in obtaining proper information about keeping fueled properly for cycling. I currently usually only commute 1 way per day as it is 17 miles one way, and summer with high humidity here so that knocks a day off or two as well.

However, the reason I have decided to do this is for specific health reasons I am experiencing and not out of any political stance, so which ever vegan slot that puts me in who knows.

What I am having a terrible time with right now is trying to choose the proper things to munch on seeing as I can not read the #$##$ labels where I live. So that is a real challenge, as well as the price of fresh fruit and veg here. Heck, I just seen a watermelon at the supermarket that was 40 bucks.
