$80 seems a little high. I'd only consider it if the fork is included. Either way, this will be a very stiff bike as the fork in the 95 bike is aluminum, not sure about the 96. I like the $50 previousl stated.
EDIT: You know this bike does NOT have horizontal drop-outs, so I don't think a fixie is going to work, only a SS.
