Bikes: 1994 Proctor Townsend Reynolds 753, TT S3 True North, Kona Major Jake, Kona Honky Tonk, Marinoni Puima, Cannondale BBU

For all you guys breaking these wheels... its failure at the nipple, right? Are they ALU or brass nips? Ever try just changing out the nipples to see if you get better durability? This also depends on how flexy the rim is.
