Thanks, I appreciate it! So that stabilizer works in tandem with the existing receiver hitch collar. When I just hand tightened the bolt, I noticed that the bike rack was still a little wobbly or jiggly, but I figured it was b/c I didn't wrench-tighten that bolt. That hitch stabilizer would probably do the trick.
