good ride in this morning, a little cold. I need to wear a base layer or something. It's really cold when I first start moving. Maybe I should do some jumping-jacks or something before I leave the house to warm up.

Last night I saw a couple other commuters, with lights and all...it was great. One of 'em really smoked me on a downhill. He had a nice road bike and was pedaling the whole way down. I was a little nervous to go over 35mph on my old-ass bike.
