What to take into account when getting a new frame?

Atm. I have a bianchi via nirone 7 frame with campagnolo components. I got pointed out in another topic that my current frame is too small so I'm looking into a new frame. What stuff should I take into account when getting a new frame?

1. Seatpost diam: check, should fit.
2. Fork fit. Is there different diam/kinds of forks or should any "modern" (threadless) fork fit to all frames? The new frame says it has a 1 1/6 headset ("46 full integrated" whatever that means)
3. Crank bearing, this is where it gets really hazy for me. My current frame has a FSA omega crankset (I think) with campagnolo drivetrain and bianchi frame. What kind of thread will it most likely have? The new frame Im looking at has a 68mm english thread.
4. Rear der dropouts. They should fit both campy and shimano? Or are there different kinds.
