ok, on topic, I have an insanely short stem on my bike, with some rise, I'll go see if I can find the specs on it, but as far as ridability... I went from a 130 to what I have now. I'm not sure what "twitchy" means, but the steering seems less responsive. I can't just move my arms slightly anymore to guide the bike. but, on the positive, I don't feel like magilla gorilla riding the bike anymore.
oh, ok, here's the stem.

it's ugly as all hell, even on the bike. i dont care at all though, it's made my bike so much more comfortable to ride... worth it.
