My bike currently has 700x32 wheels, an 8-speed 12-25 cassette and road slicks. I am putting togther my wish list to build another pair for rail trails and inclement weather with knobbier tires and lower gearing for hills, etc.

Besides the wheels, tires and cassette is there anything else I need? Wasn't sure if the wheels have the hubs/bearings already or if they need to be ordered seperate.

Or maybe we'll do it this way... if you had a $250-ish budget for this prodject, what componets would you buy?
