This place has great prices, BUT, they will not exchange anything. If you have any problems with anything you buy you have to go through the manufacture for warranty adjustment.
Last month I ordered a Topeak Whitelite HP 3W headlight from there and the supplied batteries were duds. I spent $10 for a pack of two at Target. I called bikesomewhere customer service the next day. After explaining the problem they refunded me $10. And I wasn't even asking for that.
