If you can "love every second" of a 74 mile ride, you'll have no problems doing 100.
Four water bottles? How are you carrying four bottles? It sure seems you're carrying an awful lot of stuff, but I guess it depends on how many stores, etc. are along your route. Whereabouts is your ride?
